CNC Machining
Our CNC department keeps on the leading edge with the latest tooling and tool-pathing available. We’re capable of handling anything from simple blanker blocks to the most complex cams. We can also hard cut existing blocks up to 62 HRC.
Engineering
Our engineering department has been developing reverse engineering techniques for over 30 years combined experience. We’re capable of creating cad models of worn-out blocks, broken blocks, and entire dies. With our cutting-edge laser scanning technology, no project is too small or big.
Die Repair
As we build out our capabilities, Dynamic Machine has developed a network of local shops that can assist in welding, laser-cutting, plasma-cutting, horizontal milling, bridge milling, and die runoffs.
Manual Machining
Our manual machining department uses manual machine tools and equipment to produce precision parts and instruments. They have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings, as well as the ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble parts.
